New Year's Eve Party Dilemma
it’s really the same question every year: What to do on New Years Eve? You always get invitations to various parties but there is already the next problem: with whom do I celebrate this year? With the closest friends or old classmates or friends from the university or your own friend or ...? The result is that a part of your best friends are celebrating with their boyfriends and his friends, some others celebrate with old classmates and new friends at the university-city and your own boyfriend wants to do something with his “homies” this year. And now how to escape from this dilemma on New Year's Eve? I proceed on a rotational basis: 2009, crazy party with your best friends, old school friends in 2010 and 2011 is the friend's turn. 2012, then the girls turn and so on and so on! This year it goes to the loved one to Berlin to join him and his friends to celebrate together. Before then the party area is stormed, there are some classic raclette for a little tradition to be.

This year i decided to celebrate at my parents home. But not with my parents. They will be celebrating with our neighbours. But my best friend will come. We are going to prepare some food like pizza for the meal and buy some little things like crisps, too. Than later there will come some more friends as well as my boyfriend with his little brother. I think it would be a nice evening with the best of the best, nice music and lovely food. New Years Eve, I think my choice will be the best for 2010.

I really don´t have any expectations on the new years eve, cause the last years were mostly terrible. So in 2010 I wanted to celebrate with a few people and quiet, but everything changed. ;] I´m going to go to Berlin on the 30.12. with a guy and celebrate there with his friends. What we will exactly do isn´t that clear at the moment, so we will see how this year ends...

I need a really long time to decide what to do on new years eve. Like you've already said, everyone wants to celebrate with you and so you have to balance it. By the way I found a great solution. First i've met my girls and we celebrate together with some food and drinks. Afterwards we went to a new years party of my best friends boyfriend. There were a lot of nice people, i made new acquaintances. At midnight we turned the radio on to listen to the final countdown. It was 00:00 and we all wished a happy new year to each other. I also got a new years kiss from a cute boy ( ;

You are allowed to laugh about my english because it isn't very good. But i hope it doesn't matter : D
I spend the night with some of my best friends, we played activity & sing star.. (thanks to the sparkling wine ;D) it was really sweet & I loved it. Today, first day in the new year I've just been chillin' the whole day & making plans. I'm a good girl I guess.. no stop smoking, but my motto for 2011 will be 'SEE MORE - FEEL MORE!' we all just want to be happier, huh? :)

Okay, ich mach jetzt auch mit;) Was ich an Neujahr gemacht habe? Mit der Familie und den Freunden gefeiert. Wir haben gegessen, einpaar Filme geschaut und sind kurz vor 12 rausgegangen. Leider hatten wir keine richtige Uhr dabei:)Dann haben wir angestossen und den Feuerwerken zugesehen.
